ACADEMIC PROJECTS

Project: CFD Analysis of Wall Cavity

Duration: 5 Months

Brief: The project dealt with the use of CFD software (Gambit & Fluent) to determine the total heat flow from wall cavity. It involved calculation of overall heat flow through cavity wall and to determine which materials had minimum / maximum amount of heat flow through cavity. The analysis helped in designing different structure and furnaces.

Project: Hybrid Wind-Solar Energy Plant

Duration: 3 Months

Brief: The project dealt with the sustainable energy sources like solar & wind energy for generating electricity. The hybrid plant was of great use for energy generation in rural areas and was economical / environment friendly.
