Detailed-oriented and reliable data reporting analyst/senior administrator seeks full-time and possibly remote part-time position in providing the following assistance:

-Enter data into specific data fields using specific software programs.

-Verify accuracy and completeness of data being presented.

-Maintains training plans/paths for various department positions.

-Monitors and reports employee training status.

-Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.

-Deletes incorrectly entered data, and re-enters correct data. May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.

-Track documents received and completion dates.

-Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage;

-Writes production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats.

-Collates, processes and stores data appropriately into computer system or provided storage for subsequent entry with the use of provided software programs

-Inputs customer or product related data and applicable operational documentation for the company.

-Verify accuracy of data inputted into the database.

-Completes reports and backs up files.

JOB DUTIES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

-Maintains and controls department training files.

-Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for senior managers.

-Answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.

-Assist in maintaining accurate overtime distribution listing for the department.

-Miscellaneous filing.

-Support HR functions of on-boarding new employees and setting up benefits, etc.

-Provide administrative support by performing standard, advanced & confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill, & knowledge of organizational policies & procedure.

-Review documents, reports, forms, records or other materials for content, completeness and accuracy.

-Locate, compile information and format reports, records and other sources of information.

-Candidate must also take initiative and have the ability to prioritize, attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are required.

-Performs clerical activities which may include answering and directing phone calls, taking and distributing messages, receiving, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining filing systems, photocopying, scanning and faxing, and checking and entering data.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

-Bachelors’ Degree and extensive senior administrative/analytical experience

-Strong user of MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Advanced Access, Advanced Excel); PeopleSoft; Remedy; SAP Business Objects, Salesforce (generalist); RDBMS baclground

-Experienced migrating data from various sources (SAP Business Objects, PeopleSoft, SalesForce, Oracle Inventory) into Excel and performing data sorts, cleansing; also utilizing Access for additional sorting and data validation

-Calendar and meeting management, event organization, advanced administration

-Exercise judgment to shift priorities and organize multiple tasks simultaneously

-Strong proofing skills when reviewing and/or editing documents for accuracy and completeness

-Maintain confidential information

-US Citizen – able to pass Background Check and Substance Testing
