Assemble LMS 6000, Generator trailors, power houses. Visual inspect all parts. Fabricate and install frame skids and trailer stinger. Uncrate generators, silencers, and exhaust then inspect. Aline and level units with nikon survey equipment. Install turbine engines using over head crane and hoist. Install mounting brackets to hold engine. Install exhaust using over head crane also install brackets once installed. Daily use of hand tools ranging from 3/8 drive ratchet and impact to 1" impact and ratchet and fabrications tool die grinder and cutting tools.

Receive work orders. Get raw product from warehouse. Inspect once product passes inspection, we split the rods in half splitting upto 300 rods using a saw or wet saw. Once completed we mark the half using a ink lot machine daily programing due to batch number and serial number.

Once rods have been marked we cut rods due to client specific order rod sizes very 1/2 1/4 to 20 1" After sizes have been established we use a drill press to drill holes with client specific tolerance. Once drilled product is debured cleaned and inspected. After inspection product is packages then heat sealed or created.

Daily maintained on production line cleaning convayor. Cleaning and flushing production heads. Receive Daily work orders. Locate and Check out bottles boxes and proper labels per order. Use forklifts sit down and stand up to pull boxes and bottles from stock. Aline production line to bottle with and height. Adjust production heads and fill time on PLC. Once adjustments complete open product valves to flush heads to get air or any particles that may cause contamination.

• Clean and verify all parts using serial numbers and tractability number for each assembly.

• Assembled all assemblies according to FMC blueprints and customer specifications.

• Equipment is preserved for shipping using rust prohibitory, properly sealing all open and exposed parts. Equipment is then hard stamped by hand with a serial number and part information.
