ACHIEVEMENTS: As an Opening Waiter in Charge of Banqueting, I worked alone as the only banquet person recognized in the hotel working with the reservation department. Also, I let the management realized that each conference room can take more than what is scheduled to be the maximum. This they saw and use it as a yardstick in measuring the number of people each will take, depending on the set -up.
