The company is a leading manufacturer of sheet metal components and welded sub-assemblies .The major customers of this plant are Honda Cars India Ltd., Swaraj Mazda, New Holland India, JCB India Ltd, Tata Marcopolo Etc.

Process Quality:-

Interaction with customer for initial & containment quality problem on daily basis.

Resolution of shop floor quality issues with relevant inspectors.

Ensuring Full Proofing of Process By implementing Poke-Yoke.

Responsible for rejection analysis and its improvement Plan.

Planning of gauges, tooling and quality standards.

Drawing and Specification reading and understanding of Technical documents etc.

Ensure weld strength by Carbon test, Nugget test, Chisel testing, etc.

Responsible for making process parameter /check sheets for all components & Assy. processed in weld shop as well as press shop with help of inspector/supervisor.

Periodically conducting supplier inspection to assess the status of deployment of systems and taking corrective measures for achieving organizational objectives.

To improve the quality by involving 5S, 3M & other Quality Documents.

Overseeing the Quality process:-

- Reporting to Head of Department about daily Production & Rejection Activities.

- Analysis of daily defect and action upon it to reduce process rejection etc.

Bachelor of Technology(B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering with 65% in Year 2013 .

Intermediate from C.B.S.E. in Year 2005.

High school from C.B.S.E. in Year 2003.

- Industrial Training from HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED(H.A.L.), LUCKNOW in various technical and management departments viz. Mechanical factory, tool room, N/C Department, Design department and Sukhoi division.
