I have nearly 10 years of work experience in the fabrication industry and I am well trained with a wide Range of acquired knowledge in various aspect/processes of welding including but not limited to Gas Tungsten Arc welding, Shielded metal Arch welding, Gas metal arc welding, Flux-core Arc welding, Submerged Arc welding (manual and mechanized), and NDT (RT,PT,MPI), welding inspection and safety assurance.

I have experience through classroom and on the job training in different construction / fabrication projects with the use of different international codes and standards. I am conversant with ASME B31.3, ASME SECXI, V, VII, API 1104, and AWS D1.1 with book of specification from TOTAL E&P and Exxonmobil. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualification of welders in accordance with the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).

Select welding variables, check interpass temperature, check beat placement and sequencing of individual weld pass

Check equipment and materials for suitability, monitor weld joint fit up and alignment as well as actual welding

Monitoring and control of welding consumables, parameters check/recording during welding.

Monitoring and controls the welding of carbon steel piping.
