Job purpose

Operations of 700 TPH Loesche VRM (Raw Mill) and 50 TPH Loesche VRM (Lignite Mill) on FLSmidth ECS.

Work instruction from shift in-charge & follow-up the same for the smooth operation of the plant.

Monitoring specific power & fuel consumption on regular basis & plans to achieve the target.

Daily production report.

Trouble shooting the plant operations in co-ordination with inter-department personnel.

Create & implement the process routines.

Co-ordination in stoppage & maintenance plan from process department side.

Continuous monitoring the Differential pressure & temperature of Depentanizer
