Review the procurement scope of work, EPC contractor procedures for various phases of the expediting and delivery process and enforce compliance.
Establish delivery and handover processing procedures for contractor/ vendor procurement documentation (work method, process flow schemes and procedures).
Evaluate the interfaces requirements for procurement delivery and hand over related with transit, custom clearance or any other local rules. Issue guidelines for treating the process to avoid any schedule impact to the project.

Supervision of Holiday detection test, impact test, PE Coated thickness test, Peel strength test. Inspection of blasting priming and painting of the entire barge Refurbishment/ Maintenance of Marine Kitty Bean (Dredging barge).
Inspection of other structural elements, beams, columns and other members in compliance with acceptable standard.
Inspection and monitory of the day to day painting activities, surface preparation which is done through wet blasting. Monitory of the weather condition with the use of an Instrument called Elcometer (hydrotheremometer) before Blasting.
Carry out a surface profile inspection after blasting as to determine if there is any surface imperfection before priming and after.
Monitor coating applications with the use of an instrument called thickness gauge to determine the wet film thickness (WFT) and Positector 6000 coating thickness gauge to determine the dry film thickness (DFT) when the hard dry time is achieved.
