Description

SPIC is a fertilizer company. Finance, HRMS, Weigh Bridge system, Receipt systems are in-house software products of SPIC. Finance department will be responsible for all the day to day transactional accounting for the business. This will include the tracking of all transactions and the management of any government reporting and to prepare the organization’s budgets and forecasts, and to report back on the progress against these throughout the year. This information can be used to plan staffing levels, asset purchases and expansions and cash needs, before they become necessary. Finance application covers all the functionalities that are carried out by Finance department i.e., preparing of journal vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, maintaining of asset addition/deletion/depreciation calculation, variance calculation and ledger processing etc. For Administration/ HR related activities the project involved Customization of the Product for the Directorate a according to their requirements and business processes for all offices. HRMS application covers all the functionalities of HR department of any organization from Employee Lifecycle to Employee Transaction. This Project contains various modules like Administrator, HR Works, Pay Roll and Time Office. The HR system maintains the Employee Master Transaction. The Time Office covers the Attendance data. The Payroll System covers the Employee Payroll process and IT details. The Receipt system maintains the Truck Incoming and Outgoing details. The Weigh Bridge System captures weight of both incoming materials and outgoing products. Data transfer to Receipt system, Bagging and PH & D Systems.
