Career began with Beverly as VPHR for new home health & hospice subsidiary. When Beverly Home Care was absorbed into a sister subsidiary, I was asked to work in Leadership Development with responsibilities for succession planning, HR metrics, and HRIS implementation. In addition to these duties, in 2004, I partnered with a new VP of Operations to start up Aedon Staffing, an interim healthcare staffing company. Shortly before leaving the Company in 2006, I was asked to take over the role of VP Leadership Development for the Corporation.
