Estimate and bid for new work while managing ongoing current projects. Typically managing 3 - 4 projects in different stages and bidding on 1 - 2 more at the same time.
Pre-construction services with client and architect to assess current conditions, provide cost estimates, design options and value engineering; position the firm for doing the project as negotiated work or as preferred contractor.
