Work directly with the Administrator and Director of Nursing in all aspects of Human Resources for a 71 bed Long Term Care Facility.

Create and implement leadership educational programs.

Interview and recommend prospective employees with all managers.

Prepare and update human resource policies and procedures.

Conduct all new hire orientation.
