Guide and consult with parents on their children’s performance.
RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, New Brunswick, NJ
Lab Assistant, May 2014 – May 2015
Analyzed DNA loop configuration that can be formed between two ends of the protein inside LacOperon.
Utilized programs built within Linux to evaluate optimized loop configuration by varying the ends of the protein and minimizing energy required to form the loop configuration.
Provided a poster outlining the results and presented to the chemistry faculties.
PROJECTS
Scientific and Technical Writing Course, January - May 2012
Researched and analyzed the impact of a peer mentoring program to improve the retention rate of freshmen engineering students. Provided statistical data on benefits of having a peer mentor program and estimated cost of the process.
Provided a written report and presented the results to a class size of 20 students.
