Responsibilities: Facilitated the conversion of exiting functionality from the current platform to the new platform. During this process I acted in many roles; Documentation Analyst, Project Manager, Quality Analyst, Vendor relations and Management liaison. Worked closely with the business to validate over 200 rules and converted these rules to the new platform. Worked closely with the new vendor to ensure the expectations of the company were being met from a marketing and business perspective.
