Founded a civil litigation defense law firm which successfully operated for 12 years before merging with Davis & Young.

My responsibilities included everything I did not feel comfortable in delegating, along with maintaining a case load of

80-100 cases. I was able to continue working for the clients I had worked with previously as well as developing new

clients. I also began developing a mediation practice.

litigation defense firms in Columbus. When I left to start my own law firm in 2000, it became Gallagher Gams and is still

in operation. We were the primary counsel for several major companies in central Ohio. In addition to

administrative duties I maintained the heaviest case load in the firm.
