My responsibilities at Corvac Composites is to do BOL's (Bills) for all shipments and manually shipments also going to Chrysler and Toyota. We ship to Chrysler several plants and Chrysler Service and Toyota and Honda and GM Service. I check CSDS(Chrysler System everyday for daily shipments and I make the BOL everyday for them also. I have to make sure that we dont over and under ship to Chrysler cause if that happens and it hits our Drive score and we dont want that to happen. I also do Toyota website and that is where we get our KanBAn cards and Skid sheets that go on every tote we ship to them. Plus I do the BOL's daily too. I also do receipts for MRO and RAW materials that come in the door. I do UPS and FEDEX shipments and also call in trailers if needed. I talk to the Customer also if they have any problems. I'm the go to person for just about anything. If I'm needed out on the floor in shipping I will go out there and pull orders and load and unload trailers. I'm a fast learner and easy to get along with.

My responsibilities at Keystone is to assembly product into pouches and then run them through the doboy to seal them. Also once we run them through the doboy we have to make sure that there is nothing in the seal before we pack them up to ship. Also to keep a clean room by wiping everything down with alcohol to maintain a clean environment. I inspect every pouch before packing it up to go out to get sterilized. Once the product comes back from the sterilization it gets packed up in the Master ship boxes. This job is a very important job cause you have to make sure that there is nothing in the pouch other than the product you are shipping to the Customer. It is all medical product so makin sure it is clean and sterile is very important.

JUNE 2010 - AUGUST 2010

My responsibilities at Leon Plastics was to make sure that very part was an acceptable part for shipment. I ran a press daily(Plastics Molded Press). What I had to look for was short shots, color streaks, splays, extra flash, and if the part had extra flash it had to be trimmed off. Once it was a good part then I would pack it in the correct packaging for shipment.

JULY 2009 - MARCH 2010

My responsibilities at Corium was making sure that there are no defective parts getting packed. Corium makes Medical Patches(like pain killer patches and burn patches) from the gel to the packed part. The defects that I had to look for on the patches were bubbles, black spots, tears, discoloration, writing not correct etc...

AUGUST 1986 - JANUARY 2009

My responsibilities as Customer Service was taking calls daily from Customers - such as Honda, Honda of Canada, Ford, GM, Hilex, Rampf and there are a few more. I was the go to person for all Customers. I took care of getting out their shipments daily and taking their problem calls and making sure that all if issues were taken care of. I was also responsible for Data Entry daily and putting P.O. manually into the system. All my Customers counted on me. Also with doing all that I did other things also. I also did alot with shipping department daily. They wouldnt ship anything unless it came from me and I would also help them out if they needed help.
