Lead administrative support for the Division Director, staff and vendors concerning department contracts.

Perform contract payment functions in the NC Accounting System for all

departmental contracts greater than $200k as well as all subsequent

amendments in accordance with accounting and budgeting procedures.

Utilize a computer database management system to post Request for Proposals (RFP) and Invitation for Bids (IFB's) on the State's procurement website and respond to vendor questions regarding postings and awards.

Responsible for the review of submitted and awarded proposals for compliance and redaction of confidential and proprietary information prior to releasing for public

information request inquires.

Responsible for compiling financial reports for the State HUB office and DHHS Office of the Secretary.

Maintain timekeeping information for the Division in the BEACON system.

Responsible for answering telephones, taking messages and providing guidance or information to callers. This also requires organization structure awareness.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining filing systems for all correspondence (paper and electronic), recording contract information, and updating amendments.

Responsible for operating and maintenance of office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems. Responsible for arranging repairs when equipment malfunctions.
