I have extensive skills as a Controller and CFO at various companies and industries and I have an excellent working knowledge of GAAP and have managed accounting teams of one to one hundred. I have been responsible for developing financial analysis models for potential acquisitions and have managed the process of preparing annual budgets and five year projections. I am a CPA with twenty years of financial management experience using MS Dynamics Great Plains, QuickBooks, MAS, Net Suite, and SAS with an additional fifteen years’ experience in manufacturing, insurance and sales management.
