Service Merchandise
Assistant Sales Manager, 1996 - 2000
Achieved consistent monthly and quarterly sales increases over a 5 year period while keeping payroll costs below the 9% threshold. My sales of product warranties resulted in the creation of a regional warranty sales trainer position which I filled for it's first year. Designed and implemented the company's first warehouse that exclusively used scannable location labels for all inventory bins. This system was later adopted in over 300 stores nationwide.
