case under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.

. Drafted and negotiated material stipulations with:

o Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Inc. reducing a claim originally

filed in the amount of $17,953,368.11 by $12,178,591.96 resulting

in an allowed claim of $5,774,776.16.

o Egencia LLC f/k/a Expedia Corporate Travel LLC reducing a claim

originally filed in the amount of $3,790,867.25 by $3,740,867.25

resulting in an allowed claim of $50,000.

o Computer Sciences Corporation reducing a claim originally filed in

the amount of $5,611,776 by $2,453,318.48 resulting in an allowed

claim of $3,158,457.52.

. Managed the identification and valuation of intellectual property

rights including trademarks, domain names, patents and software.
