RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick up the random sample of products after routine testing.

Testing the product for their quality assurance and maintain the records for ISI inspection.

Products will be tested as per relevant IS standards (IS 9079-monobloc products, IS 14220-openwell submersible pump sets, IS 12615 for 3 phase energy efficient induction bare motor).

Preparing documents for yearly auditing from BIS representatives.

Preparing of document for inclusion of products and annual renewal of license in BIS.

Sending the product for external laboratory for obtaining the NABL certified test certificates to submit in BIS at the time of inclusion.

Checking of calibration for all testing equipment and sends it for NABL approved laboratory for periodical calibration.

New product development activities.

Testing the trails of new products and record the performance characteristics.

Maintaining the monthly product audit reports and achieving the Cen percent of samplings.

Fulfilling the testing requirements.

Ensuring the following safety instructions at work place.

Continuous improving the housekeeping and 5s activities at testing area.

ROUTINE TESTING

Testing of products as per IS standards and organization’s specification for ISI and NON-ISI products.

Testing of all pump sets as per given specification and maintaining the daily records.

Cen percent of testing of all products for their quality assurance.

Man power allocation for testing.

New innovations ideas for speed up the testing process and improving the production efficiency.

Proper guidelines and preparing standard operating procedure.

Allocation of work and share with the team members to achieve the daily targets.

Improving 5s activities inside the work place.

Fulfilling the testing requirements.

Ensuring and following safety instruction at work place.
