In addition to completing my Associates degree in Personnel Administration, I have been involved in large corporate operations as a management consultant to the CEO and team leader for human resource and personnel evaluation teams. My accomplishments are a direct result of my excellent interpersonal skills, dedication to results, and loyalty. I have the ability and flexibility to work independently as needed in addition to working well with others. I am detail-oriented with excellent communications and customer service skills. I am able to think quickly on my feet and make decisions as needed.
On a personal note, I am extremely passionate about helping others and I enjoy working with people. I have worked with high ranking officials during my military career as well as members below the poverty line during my civilian work and enjoyed both experiences equally. I work well under stressful situations as evidenced by my deployments. I was responsible for casualty and accountability reporting in addition to other duties.
