Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices. Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers. Keeping all supplier programs current and accurate.

Delegating projects and tasks to junior staff. Developing relationships with distributors. Managed records of all service vendors for various projects.

Replenish the stock items by raising purchase indents and delivery advices. Conduct Inventory analysis regular inventory verification of stock items.

Govern the inventory function so as to curtail inventory-holding expenses and adherence to the minimum inventory level to minimize wastage.

Monitor the age of the unutilised inventory, track, and use the same to avoid working capital blockage.
