•Customer Service- Greeted and assisted customers in any questions that they had about our phones, plans or payments. Made sure the customer was comfortable and satisfied with the decisions they made whether they purchased a product or not. Also helped keep store clean and organized.
•Inventory- Kept track of all inventory and notified owner when we needed any items. Also made sure all of our inventory was organized to make environment faster and hassle free for myself, co-workers, and customers.
•Cashier- Counted the money at the end of my shift and made sure only a certain amount of money was left in the cash register. Made "drops" as many times needed throughout the day so there wouldn't be too much money in the register. Also made sure to record of all those movements.
•Computer Skills- Entered and updated all information on the sales and cash register movements that were made each day.
