Customer Care Representative 2014 – 2015

Liaison between the Insurance Company, Insured and Project Manager

Respond to all calls by days’ end

Upload Photos on XA, CR and Z drive

Upload Photos, Inspection Reports and Authorization forms to EME files

Upload Post Tear Out Photos and Inspection Reports to all General files

Sit with PM on office day with print out from XA for file status. PM to hand to GM weekly.

Invoice files utilizing Quickbooks Software

Call/email trades on behalf of PM as requested

Process file when go ahead given – scope and authorization form to client. Collect deductible when necessary.

Process files for production after authorization form received from customer for PM.
