• In charge of installing cable test bench at customer site nationwide.
• Perform upgrade and preventative maintenance every three months.
• Test and read RF signal using spectrum tool.
• Troubleshoot and repair test bench for continuous testing of cable box.

• In charged of installing Objet 3D printers at customer site and provide customer training with Objet 3D printers.
• Use all kinds of shop tools, electrical meters such as Digital Voltmeter, Current meter and Oscilloscope.
• Travel to customer site performing in house troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading 3D printers even at a short notice.
• Provide and give technical advised to customer over the phone and onsite.
• Make sure all FSE administrative responsibilities are up to date such as customer service logs and in house support records such as Installation, Field Service Report and coordinate to our sales and marketing people when 3D printer install and customer training is completed.

• Install/Uninstall CT and SP X-ray at all major air ports nationwide.
• Install computer and touch screen monitor for image viewing, testing, calibration and running application.
• Work on Itemizer and Entry scan for passenger and luggage inspection X-ray system at the air port.
• Install and troubleshoot VFD for drive belts and conveyor and also for light curtains of an x-ray system. Install High Voltage Power Supply (500VAC) and X-ray generator for Computed Tomography X-rays and Scanner Projection X-rays.
• Performed Electromagnetic compatibility test and surveys on GE Itemizer and some X- ray HVPS electrical and digital components.
• Inspect, test and repair power back up, Uninterrupted Power Supply, Universal Power Supply of an X-ray system on both Scanner and CT X-rays.
• Repair and replace worn out AC/DC motor on all gear box and conveyor belts.
• Install/uninstall and tested A/C unit of an x-ray system. Clean A/C unit during maintenance.
• Perform radiation leak test annually with the use of radiation meter.
• Provide onsite and phone support to TSA for faster operations of x-ray system.
• Use UNIX command to run application and calibration. Also use UNIX for troubleshooting x-ray system.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for Field Service report and documentations.

• I am in charge of installing, un-installing, repairing, upgrading, calibrating and maintaining robotics equipment for wafer handling and automation.
• Install RFID on pods both 300mm/200mm wafer for proper wafer identification.
