Job Description: Maintain and Monitor the entire company’s technical infrastructure. Map out all equipment on the network and upgrade any necessary hardware or software that will increase the company’s productivity and efficiency. Provide network and help desk support for all end users including telephone support to internal staff.

Assist with the installation of both hardware and software.

Diagnose and fix both hardware and software problems.
