Led multiple large-scale VoIP implementation engagements, totaling $27M across: Coca-Cola, Ford Motor Co, Verizon, Sabre, PG&E, Healthcare Corp of America, NCSE Credit Union engagements. Converted Wells Fargo Cisco Unified Call Mgr (CUCM) from 4.x to 7.1.5 across 16 LOBs, and 25 Call Center sites for 1,200 call center agents/users.
