As a member of the Rotary Club of Vizcaya, our club distributed relief goods including sacks of rice to the victims of typhoons/floods that ravages the cities and towns of the province of Rizal, Philippines
Attended the Disaster Management Training on July 12-14,2010 hosted by the United Methodist Church,Cauayan City,Isabela, Philippines, conducted by the World Vision
Conducted lecture on Disaster Response Team Training for members of the United Methodist Church, Quirino District held September 3-4, 2010 at Santiago City United Methodist Church, Santiago City, Isabela, Philippines (Awarded a Certificate of Appreciation)

As a Civil Military Affairs Officer of the Philippine Battalion Task Force to East Timor was
instrumental in supporting the Peacekeeping Force of the United Nations Transitory Administration to East Timor (PKF,UNTAET) mandate in projecting a credible force in peacekeeping operations in East Timor, delivering other mission components such as engineering and humanitarian assistance, helping the Timorese develop their capacity building, rehabilitation of structures, road repairs and other support efforts by local administration in providing social and sport activities to the local communities of Laleia Sub-District, Manatuto, East Timor ( Awarded Two Certificate of Commendations)
