TECHNICAL SKILLS

Equipment Expertise: Experience with hydraulic, mechanical presses and including upsetters. I have worked on or operated hydraulic presses ranging from 500T-2500T single and multi-stage with adjustable limits and PLC controls. In regards to mechanical presses, single and multi-staged ranging from 1000T-2500T also with manual limits or PLC controls. In my years I have also worked on and troubleshooted, upsetting presses ranging in size from 4 ” -7”. I have experience with gas furnaces and induction heaters and also limited time spent on wedge rolling. I have worked with multiple shot blasting machines and tumble blasting equipment and serious involvement with industrial benders. I also have experience in the heat treating of metal formed components.
