Ensure inspection will be in accordance with API manual of Petroleum measurement standard
chapter 17.
Ensure Surveyor follow IFIA Standard and regulation.
Ensure proper sampling is performed
Loss minimization survey in terms of investigating and explaining to client regarding loss.
Supervision Blending operation and monitoring Shore tanks and cargo movement in terminals
Supervision Additive and chemical injection during blending operation in ship cargo oil tanks or
shore pipeline and Shore tank during circulation.
Ensure all surveyor equipment is calibrated and up to date. And a copy of calibration certificate
always available
Conduct monthly check of equipment and calibration certificates
Conduct monthly check of safety equipment of surveyor, making sure all is fit in daily operation
Ensure all stock and monitor number of Tin cans, bottle, etc. for the surveyor to be used in
operation.
Checking of field report, telex and surveyor notes all in line with the reports.
Conduct monthly inventory and housekeeping of surveyor Sampler issued to them.

Work Exposure: SR. Inspector
Conduct pre-shipment of various cargo of ocean going tankers prior to loading/discharging of
Petroleum product, Crude oil, LPG and Chemicals to ascertain that proper loading/discharging
procedures and measures are followed.
Supervise and monitor loading and discharging operation of various vessels to shore storage
tanks and vice versa. It includes; tank inspection, gauging, sampling, and line inspection.
Ensure survey and inspection of different products in conformance with quality standards to
designated ports with the primary responsibility of monitoring and qualifying petroleum products
to be delivered and received.
Witness all shore tanks gauging (Opening and closing) gather temperature and free water data,
take samples for testing and conducting inspections together with terminal representatives of
valve setting of loading and unloading line. Computations for local depot distribution.
Monitor safety procedures within area of responsibility
Bunker survey, on-hire/off-hire and condition survey of vessel, liquid product loading and
discharging.
Attends to tank trunk loading, source tank gauging and volume.
Attends ship to ship transfer, supervise and monitor off shore operation.
Dispatch in many different country and places, and easily adapt and familiarize to various
operations.
Trained and practiced through drill scenarios on how to use fire fighting equipment. Breathing
apparatus & H2S, HUET / Sea survival, rescue operation during emergency situation.
Ensure that the area is always safe to work, provide proper housekeeping and strictly follow the
