Research in mesenchymal collagen stem cells: this research consisted of the prospect that stem cells could assist in the recovery of hernia and or other deep tissue surgery patients. Through modifying the body’s natural stem cells to enhance the elasticity and overall thickness of the collagen that forms over the wounds as the patient is recovering. In this study I examined the anatomy of collagen dealing with how it is structured, how the body uses collagen and also, the pathways collagen travels in order to fulfill distinctive duties within the body.
