Manufacturing Manager
Manage and control all aspects of the production facility including production of product, materials procurement, shipping, receiving and quality control.
Determine overall direction and vision for the facility.
Responsible for inventory and warehouse management and development of a true FIFO process for both incoming material and product processing.
Determine staffing levels, monitor facility performance and reports status to the GBU Manager.
Prepare capital and operating budgets and allocates resources to meet department and company needs. Successfully, hired and trained all personnel responsible for implementing a 3rd shift.
Responsible for facility safety adhering to OSHA regulations and overall improvement from 5 incidents in 2014 to zero in 2015 and nearly a year without any Recordable or lost time incident.
