Duration: 6 Months (2008)
The transition of Accounts Payable/Receivable of Cummins Business Services was done to increase the number of business units at KPIT Cummins.
It helped the company to increase their profits and head count.
As part of this special project, a visit was made at a client site in UK to do the transition of Accounts Payable/ Receivable of Intercompany that involved the Accounts Payable and Receivable of Cummins business units from around the globe.
The outcomes of this project were transformed into Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which helped other members of the team for training and implementation purposes. Project Title: Effectiveness of J. N. Tata/ TQA process Organization: TATA Steel, Jamshedpur, India
Duration: 6 Months (2006)
This novel project was to find effectiveness of J. N. TATA/ S. Viswanathan Total Quality award.
It provided an opportunity to interact directly with employees at all levels ranging from IL1 to IL5 as well as with the Expert Groups, and to know their opinion regarding the J. N. TATA process in the company.
The survey, which was an integral part of this project, gave a fair chance to the officers at various levels of the company to voice their opinions, views, grievances and other challenging problems freely which they were currently facing. The outcomes of this project revealed the different attitudes, behaviors and satisfaction levels of superiors and officers of that organization. Project Title: HR Aspects in the hotel industry

Studies on overall Human Resources(HR) department in hotel industry were done via comprehensive survey of 5 premier hotels of India – Hotel Le Meridian (Pune), Hotel Sun and Sand
(Pune), Hotel Pride (Pune), Hotel Sagar Plaza (Pune), and Hotel Nirulas (New Delhi).
Topics of paramount importance in this study/survey were the need and scope of HR departments, challenges posed to them and the recommended solutions for improving efficiency of HR departments in hotel industry.
