research analysts. Developed 15 new accounts which generated significant new business.

worth equity and balanced accounts utilizing a mix of quality stocks and fixed income securities.
Equity selection was focused on stocks that were inexpensive based on future earnings or growth prospects,

focusing on public offering, merger and acquisition and private placement activities. Directly responsible for
the origination, negotiation and execution of various banking transactions. Firm ceased operations in 1989.
1985-1989 Wertheim Schroder & Co. Inc. Senior Associate. Generalist investment banker responsible for the negotiation,
execution and origination of public offering, merger and acquisition, private placement and financial advisory
transactions. Completed 40 transactions aggregating about $ 3 billion. Solely developed new client which generated
3 transactions and fee income of $1.5 million. Specific transactions included leveraged buyout of Kaiser Aluminum's
chemicals business, exclusive advisor to The Manville PIS Trust and acting as exclusive banker for a leading trust
company's leveraged buyout activities. Devoted a significant amount of time to new business development activities.

specializing in the energy industry. Responsible for the analysis, negotiation, and execution of various merger
and acquisition, private placement and financial advisory transactions including the reorganization of financially
troubled energy companies. Completed about 25 transactions and financial advisory assignments.
1980-1982 Amoco Corporation. Senior Economic Analyst. In the Treasurer's department, developed creative financing
alternatives for Amoco's existing and planned worldwide energy projects. At the U.S. production company, responsible
for economic evaluations of U.S. oil and gas investments. Responsible for presentation of results to senior management.
