Built and test liquid and gas sampling devises for the Oil and Gas Industry.

Built and test Constant Pressure Cylinders for Oil and Gas Industry.

Built and test other Welker products, such as: Regulators; Relief Valves; Liquid Shut off Devises; and System Filters.

Work in the Service Department evaluating and repairing Welker products.

Valve Manufacturing and Assembly

Keystone Valve - Tyco Valve - Pentair Valves & Controls 1993 – November 2014

Built and test 2 inch to 36 inch ANSI Class 150 and 300 High Performance Butterfly Valves.

Built and test Fire Proof H.V.A.C. Valves for U.S. Navy.

Built and test Corrosion Resistant Butterfly Valves for U.S. Navy.

Mount Electric, Pneumatic and Manual Valve Actuation.

Custom build and modify valves to meet an array of customer requirements.

Fill in for department lead person in his absence. The duties included tracking daily manufacturing output; tracking department revenue; resolving production issues; and creating documents needed to accompany P.E.D. regulated orders.

Build and test valves that require customer witness inspection. Demonstrate processes for ISO 9001, NSF and ITAR auditors.

Travel Domestic and international for trouble shooting and repairing our Butterfly Valves. Travel Domestic for relocating company product lines.

Track departmental matrices to maintain a customer delivery performance of 99% over the past five years, while consistently meeting production goals.
