Planner roles include:

Demand / Forecast planning & monitoring and managing changes in Forecast Plan.

To plan and manage stock across the supply chain ensuring levels specified are maintained and is used in the appropriate order (FIFO).

Responsible for follow up of all imported and local parts list sourced across the globe to support production.

Arrange airfreight of critical parts in a timely manner, analyze and allocate cost responsibility for each airfreight and get concurrence from relevant party.

Inventory management by analyzing under shipments and over shipments on regular basis, identification of the root causes and resolution

Responsible for rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control)

Coordinate with External Warehouse for shipment plan to ensure right quantity are shipped on time

Responsible for timely support for ISIR by expediting production material into Plant.

Coordinate with Change Management team and plan for Mandatory/Running changes.

Following up with logistics coordinator for imports custom clearance and receiving material.

Follow up with customer and prepare delivery schedule.

Responsible for creating process document for Internal and external quality audit.

Responsible for creating PO and PR.

Responsible for solving issue in SAP related to logistics.
