From 21-May-2014 working as Executive-QC in SIKA INDIA PVT LTD Working Field: Construction chemical manufacturing. Job description:

Analysis of physical and chemical properties of the Finished Goods and Raw material.

- pH, Specific gravity, Solid content, Ash content, Chloride content, Analytical chemical test.

Analysis of Concrete Performance

- Slump, Air content, Flow and Strength of concrete, etc…

Customer site visit against complaints and improvement in product. Conducting trials on customer sites.

Analyzing customer requirement based on that refer existing product and make new product also.

Documentation of QC findings, Training details, Vendor Audit & QAC, MSDS in line with ISO 9001-2008.

Documentation of Waste water generation, Waste generation and other details in line with ISO 14001-2004.

Maintaining documents of new developing RM and Products formulation and performance details.

Conducting internal audit every month in respect to ISO:9001 and ISO:14001.

Checking new type of raw materials for improvements in products.

Non-Moving inventory consumption in new product with co-ordination of R&D.

Developed more than five products in coordination with R&D

Reduced customer complaint by 10% in comparison to last year and zero in this year.

Successful Completion of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 renewal audits with Zero non-confirmations. Co-Curricular Activities:
