Presently posted at the flagship venture of Shyam Group – M/s Shyam Metallics & Energy Ltd (formerly known as Shyam DRI Power Plant) endowed with a Techno-Commercial Role. As an Engineer with Tech knowledge at the base, my responsibility is to maintain the integrity of the process involved in the DRI - Direct Reduction of Iron using a Rotary Kiln by SL/RN & Krupp Sponge Iron Reduction process :

* Concentrating on the in-flow quality and size of Raw Materials at the RMP - Raw Materials Processing Unit.

* Monitoring over proper maintenance of the Process parameters favoring the production in all the four rotary Kilns.

* Actively participating and assisting the HOD in the Production Planning & Control, Cost Planning, Raw Materials Planning, Operations Planning, Materials Management.

* Implementation of the Quality Management System into the Organization.

* Representing the Department for the Accreditation of the ISO Standards in the Audits ( ISO - 9001 :2015, 14001 : 2015) .

* Maintaining the Daily / Monthly production database using SAP NetWeaver.

* Guiding the field operators and CROs to access the domain as required.

*Daily Preparation of Cost Realization Sheets, Breakdown Reports and Production Realization. Hindalco Industries Ltd.
