Handling the Bell account. Currently managing the introduction of a new TV solution for Bell internet customers only. It is forecasted to be on-budget and on-time. Project budget is $1M and the team size range is 10-15 people.
Am responsible for data management in the BI/EDW space for this project where the Business Analysts are conducting an impact analysis on upstream and downstream applications
Have daily meetings with the project team (Business Analysts, Senior Technical Consultants, Directors, etc.) to receive updates on impact analyses on the applications
Am responsible for the project artifacts to ensure they are up-to-date (Schedule, WBS, budget, scope, etc.) along with moving along the full project lifecycle (Initiation – Closure) and the SDLC
