Project: Construction of Oben Infill-1 Dual flow lines and IGIV 1 flow line.
Designation: HSE Coordinator
Period: 11th Feb. 2014 – 25th August 2014.
Work Scope: Supervision of workers for compliance to safe work practices. Secretary of HSE
Steering Committee. Opening; validating; closing of PTW. Filling of Seplat and
Natony toolbox risk identification card (TRIC). Coordination of site HSE
meeting and reviews daily HSE compliance. Conducting emergency response
(ER) drills, Fire Fighting drills, Emergency Response drills, Job Hazard Analysis,
Hazard identification and control, HSE report writing, HSE moment during
meetings, Toolbox and Pep talk briefs, Toolbox meeting, Site Induction.
Record HSE statistic, HSE daily report, Job hazard analysis etc and reporting to
the HSE manager. Developing HSE procedures for working at height,
excavation, road transport, welding operations, confine space, lifting

Project: Escravos Gas to Liquid
Designation: Security Administrative Officer
Period: 2007 - 2010.
Work Scope: Security Administration, Logistics needs of security workforce,
Accommodation/office arrangements for all security personnel (both staff and
government security forces – GSF), and Planning for security scope of work;
