Customer Service Representative:
Handled all customer inquiries by phone and e-mail about the crafts which consisted of the country of origin, the colors or length of the ribbon or trim, the price or which retailer carried the product. Complaints were usually about the color fading from the beads or the beads were broken also frayed ribbon or embroidery around trim coming apart or shabby make of the material. Usual course of action was to send a replacement product or in some cases with supervisor’s approval issued a refund.
Calls were entered into a spreadsheet in Excel and the caller’s information was entered by date, name, address, telephone number, item number and description of the product, what the inquiry or complaint was about and how it was resolved.
Handled calls also from retail stores by phone and e-mail which were for estimated ship dates and times.
