Responsible for manufacturing operations which include inventory & resource planning, production scheduling, manufacturing efficiency, quality assurance and on-time delivery of innovative medical devices that improve patient outcomes and enable the advancement of minimally invasive surgery.
•Managing Extrusion, EAP (Energy Advance Products), Demolting (Catheter Products), Insert Molding and Pad Printing plants. Lead R&D team transferred new design and new technology to production line
• Build and establish a process assembly line for Voyant Intelligent Energy System. The Voyant system intelligently measures tissue and its changing properties and applies the optimal amount of energy to create a permanent, fused seal. The Voyant system introduces a unique advancement by embedding the intelligence in each device. The Voyant 5mm Fusion, Open Fusion and Fine Fusion devices provide intelligent energy for a wide range of procedural needs.
• Drive the implementation of process improvement initiatives with cross-functional of Injection Molding team and Extrusion team to increase 45% productivity of Alexis products.
•Applied geometry to reduce 25% of raw material for Alexis products.
•Re-engineering Packaging products for Kii Access Systems to saved million per year. searching new material to replaced current material of Alexis products to reduce 35% cost
•Partner with R&D team to replace PVC material out of medical products and train Polymer Process team with new formulation to calculate DDR and DDB of tooling design for Extrusion parts.

• Coordinated team schedules, kept track of material inventory and placed order material to meet the production dead line. Analyzing historical data for shop floor control.

•Manage chemical hazardous waste disposal process. Operated chemical mixer machine. •Maintain and operated Caratsch system, included Geka Hot Oil System, Ness Oil Heater system and incinerator. Responsible for the operations of Press Dept, consistent with manufacturer guidelines. Provide adjustments needed to line speed and gap for controlling specifications. Monitor chart recorders and viscosity in order to assure normal operation. Monitor product quality for cosmetic defects.
