Developing and manufacturing collapsible wagons, carts and plant transfer systems.

Initiated the implementation and integration of a new automation line. It was a really in-depth project so I put together a safety review committee. We worked together for a month to identify the safety and ergonomic needs, and what procedures would meet those needs.

Implemented a robotic automation line increased productivity by 230% (record 17 month ROI)

Responsible for $1M operations budget and $3M capital budget using Visual Manufacturing Software

Identified a cost reduction of a paint that was used on an identification plate, I changed the color green by one shade and it saved us $0.006 per piece, with an annual saving of $252,000
