ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES
Employee Relation, Payroll and Compensation Management:
End to end processing of company payrolls and OT calculations, include Online submission of salary to Bank, Issue salary cheque, Intern payment, NS claims etc. and Issuing of hard copy / E pay-slip pay slip.
Handled employee relations, benefits and training, Conduct Employee Orientation.Issue of Access card for the new staff, Data entry of new staff particular into the HR database, open Personal file for the new staff. Apply and renewal of the employment pass/ S passes and work permit.
Coordinating with department heads for consolidations of appraisals. Drafting confirmation Letters for employees who are getting confirmed, post their training/probation period and other Employee related letter.
Monthly submission of CPF contribution thru’ online, submission of reservist claim, and IR21 for resigned foreign Employees.
Preparing Full and Final settlement, cancellation of the work passes, returning the passes to MOM, Sending declaration to income tax, conducting Exit interview for junior staffs.
Maintain HRIS and proper filling of all relevant documents, MOM Surveys on human resource turn over, labor market survey. Medical Chits Issue.
Allocations and Inter-Company Billing and Sending Monthly Headcount and Salary Summary report to Management, Resolve issues between management and employees.

Manpower Planning (Responsible for the Full Recruitment Life Cycle)
Responsible for all aspect of recruitment, selection including advertising in newspaper, websites and liaising with recruitment agencies., Screening candidates, Telephonic verifications, ascertaining information on skills and experience.
Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications, Contact references and perform background checks.
Writing persuasive ad copy and broadcasting adverts to attract a good caliber of candidate
Dealing with response and enquiries, assessing suitability of candidates
Manage all online job portals including, Monster, Naukri, JobsDB, Jobstreet, etc.
Liaise with Recruitment agencies on the “urgent positions”, Build good rapport with Recruitment agencies and feedback to Recruitment Agency if the candidate is not suitable
Analyze and review the vendor services, first level negotiation with Recruitment Agencies/ Headhunter for competitive recruitment cost charges.

General Admin support:
Provide administrative support primarily to the HR Department, Country Manager and secondarily to the senior management team in the office.
Manage and co-ordinate logistical requirements of visitors to the region. This may include room, flight reservations, meeting arrangements, airport transfers, etc.for for all official trip, need to book according to staff eligibility whenever the need arises. Manage the calendars and Travel Claims of assigned CEO and General Manager.

Handle all matters pertaining to travel payments, Mobile expense other claims and petty cash handling. Handling Travel voucher, employee bus Transportation, House Keeping, Canteen, Contract Labour, Security, Member of suggestion committee, sports committee etc. Co-ordinates for Employee engagement activities like annual Get-together, cultural day, Sports Celebrations etc Co-ordinate in the HR- Initiative scheme like Suggestion Scheme, Performer of the Quarter, Appreciation award, Birthday celebration, sending Birthday wishes to employee etc. Company events such as D&D, Family day and other HR and Admin related jobs.
Maintaining & updating the HR MIS:
Responsible for creating & maintain the employee’s personal files, updating of personal files in software, verifying attendance of Employee manually, leave, updating leave in software, OT updating, Collecting Verification reports. Generating of headcount and payroll reports. Issuing concern letter to the staff.
Maintaining the records about the recruitment, selection and Termination, OT files. Sending the Monthly HR reports to HQ. Coordinating in fixing Key Result Areas of dept and employees. Mail coordinator for Vcare employee complaint site.
Procurement:
Ensuring that the Purchase Requisition (PR) submitted by departments in order prior to issuance of Purchase order, obtain quotations, evaluate/compare rates and negotiate with suppliers.
Prepare and submit Purchase Orders (PO) for approval. Updating of procurement and inventory data in database. Source for rates and prepare short-term supply contracts for regularly purchased
items. Carry out inventory checks and stock control. Issuing cheque to the vendors.
