WORK EXPERIENCE

Foreman for Tensile Testing, March 2004 to present

Duties include, but are not limited to: Overseeing all workflow that goes

through shop, help out and work in the areas that are behind

schedule.

Machine Operator for Tensile Testing, April 1998 to present

Duties included, but were not limited to: Running vertical saws,

cold saws, abrasive cut off machines, surface grinders, mills, engine lathes,

CNC lathes/mills and sheer press machines; heat treat Driving tow-motor.

Supervise a small crew of ten on the night shift.

Metallurgical technician

Vickers and knoop microhardness tester per ASTM E384, and ASTM E92.

Microscope for grain size per ASTM E112.

Microscope for cleanliness per ASTM E45.

Hand polish mounts per ASTM E3.

Microphotograph.

Macro etch per ASTM E381, and ASTM E340.

Rockwell tester.

CERTIFICATIONS

Tow-motor license, Sept. 2003.

Diesel technician two year certificate.
