Painting Inspection in Ground Storage Tank Project of EWA (Electricity & Water Authority Bahrain)

Assisting QC-Manager and NDT Level-III by Providing Technical supports thought for various NDT inspection Activities for UT, UT-Thickness measurement, Magnetic particle testing, Dye Penetrant testing activities (Solvent Removable & Water Washable).

Controlling all NDT activities on day-to-day basis and directly involving in all NDT –Inspection activities and ensuring various projects to meet QC-requirements and Client spec’s.

Review of material Test certificates, as per codes, Client Specification.

Carryout periodic calibration for UT-Flaw Detector.

Review and Maintaining of UT-Instrument calibration certificates, Personal NDT Certificates, Batch test certificates for UT, PT, MT consumables etc.,

Providing assistance for preparation of procedures for welding, casting, Plates, Piping, Nozzle joints for various types of Full Penetration and Partial Penetration weldments configuration.

Carried out weld inspection on pressure vessel Butt joints with various thickness accordance with ASME SEC VIII DIV1&2 by using KRAUTKRAMER USM-35 and SONATEST D-10 machines in TECHNIP project.

Carried out weld inspection on Pipe line Butt joints with various thickness accordance with Code case B31.3 by using KRAUTKRAMER USM-35 and SONATEST D-10 machines in EWA, BAPCO and TATWEER projects.

Carried out weld inspection on structure beam joints with various thickness accordance with AWS D1.1 by using SONATEST D-10 machine in JASCO Co.ltd.

Carried out Thickness survey on pressure vessel in KNPC,GPIC projects.

Carried out MUT inspection on carbon steel SA108 Gr B, SA516 Gr B and stainless steel 316.

Carried out weld inspection in QNCC Fives FCB project.
