Senior Executive/Program Director
Recruited a world-class team of product design engineers from the ground up as a new group in the company. Won the MDEA Silver award on a project out of the gate. Promoted professional growth and accountability, refined the hiring procedures, implemented key performance indicators (KPIs), and assigned and evaluated tasks and teams throughout the company to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to policies, and customer success. Regularly met or exceeded quarterly revenue forecasts, increased profit margins by changing the financial models of the firm.
