I have a civil engineering background, and worked for 6 years on various engineering projects. During my work as a civil engineer, I worked with large data sets, used Access database and Excel to analyze data, and supported our software development in running acceptance testing.

I worked with the development team in developing software that was used to analyze and design wastewater collection systems. This software was used company wide, and it was also customized when requested by client.

I was responsible for validation End-to-End (E2E) user scenarios and performed full functional manual testing during the acceptance test pass to ensure delivering high quality with a valuable set of features which meet project specifications.

I completed a training course on Software Testing with graduate certificate with honors. During this training, I developed the following competencies:

Hands on experience with Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS).

A thorough understanding of software testing types and different categories of testing

A strong understanding of the importance of test plan documentations and its implementations.

Able efficiently to execute test cases across all functional and UI areas of a specific product

Able to generating defect reports using Visual Studio

Knowledge of Android platform and how to use most common debugging tools that help to create high quality bug reports.

Knowledge with test automation and one or more of the industry standard test Automation tools.

Personal Skills

I successfully finished a CAP STONE graduation project for sample end to end software which includes creating a test outline for different scenarios, generating test cases and filing bug reports using VSTS
