ACADEMIC Energy Saving and Sustainable Development in Air conditioner PROJECT

To reduce the power input KW of Air conditioning system by Heat Exchanger.

Two indoor unit (evaporator coil) is run by single outdoor unit (condenser, compressor). Distribution of refrigerant to two evaporator unit is carried by electrically operated solenoid valves and separate expansion device is mounted for each indoor unit. Heat exchanger is to be introduced between indoor and outdoor unit to increase the COP of the Air Conditioning system and save energy consumed by the system.

The performance of air conditioner is measured with and without heat exchanger by the process of both sub cooling and super heating. PAPER
